Corporations have rights extended beyond those necessary to ensure their liability for debts.  Our elected officials have a complex landscape of conflicting interests to account for, which is often narrowed by their own agendas including those of their constituents.  The media has a collective influence on the opinions of the people, appealing to the apparent need for sensationalism and entertainment.

The people’s voices are rising through rapidly advancing communication technology. The informational infrastructure of our society is disjointed and though the majority have access and the many are broadcasting their perspectives every day, we have yet to truly leverage this to the benefit of ourselves, democracy and all mankind.

If our society has evolved through information technology, so should our means to self govern.

It begins with a declaration for a new right.  The right of the People to have a means of entity representation and absolute control over their attributes as they participate with unlike systems. This representation will be used to give the People a voice as defined by their participation with the systems put in place to connect and empower them.  Any person may create an entity, but participating systems may require which attributes must be verified to connect.  Elected representatives are given the right to act on behalf of the People.  The public offices elected by the People hold the responsibility to open logical discourse with those they represent and make a consideration for statistical consensus received as it pertains to all matters related to the People’s interest.
